ISSUE: Unfortunately, the House Armed Services Committee did not include the SERVE Act Amendment within their July 1st NDAA legislation, however the Senate did include it within their version of the NDAA! We need the House of Representatives on board in order to pass the SERVE Act.
The SERVE Act will ensure military members and their families can access eating disorders treatment.
HOW TO HELP: Please reach out to your Member of Congress and request that they vote for a bipartisan amendment led by Reps. Moulton (D-MA), Mast (R-FL) and Escobar (D-TX) to the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) based on the SERVE Act on the House floor.
